ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Team Member for Michael Affholter - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Consult customers insurance options
- Assist existing customers with insurance needs
- Stay current with market trends and product offerings
- Make contacts to potential new customers
- Sales and marketing contacts to help customers with insurance needs
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn new aspects of the insurance industry
- Proactively understand customers needs
Compensation: $37,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
